Be realistic!

In over 60% of NGOs in Romania are working voluntarily and more than three quarters (77%) of employees of NGOs have gained less than the equivalent average wage in the economy in 2012. It is not surprising, therefore, that over 50% of employees in Romanian NGOs are women.
